Al termine della fermentazione il vino subisce una leggera chiarifica e prosegue il suo affinamento con i suoi lieviti nobili in acciaio per 12 mesi. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Abbinamenti<\/strong>: <span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Helvetica Neue; font-size: small;\">Antipasti magri, minestre asciutte con salse e non molto saporite.
